6 vintage perfume mail order forms. Bullock's Department Store, postcards, ads

Description

This listing is for a lot of 6 vintage mail-order forms for different fragrances that date to the 1970s or 1980s. They are individually wrapped in waxed paper packets that have never been opened. I believe they are in wax paper because the order forms were scented with the fragrance being advertised. However, due to their age, they don't have any scent that I can detect today.
The mail-order forms are postcard-sized. The buyer is supposed to fill out the information on the inside, then put a postcard stamp on the form and mail it back.
The scents being advertised are
Anais Anais by Cacharel (specifically the bath products, "Le Bain d'Anais")
Lauren by Ralph Lauren
Ruffles by Oscar de la Renta
KL by Karl Lagerfeld
Opium by Yves Saint Laurent
Kouros by Yves Saint Laurent
Five of these order forms show that the address is
Bullock's Department Store in California. The only order form that is blank on the back side is the one for KL by Karl Lagerfeld, but it's possible that the address is on an inside panel where we can't see it. Again, these order forms are all still inside their original wax paper packets, so I don't know what these will look like when they are unfolded.
The wax paper packet that holds the order form for Opium has some red and black staining on one side because it was stored against some other paper ad, and the color got transferred.  (Please see the 7th photo.) However, you can rest assured that the staining is only on the wax paper, not on the order form inside. There is also a tiny bit of black staining on the back of the packet holding the Le Bain d'Anais ad, also from having direct contact with an ad. (Please see the 10th photo.)
Other than that, all of these are in great condition. Please see all eleven photos attached to this listing.
