    Description

    Mainly used for testing electronics and other type of stuff where you wanna slowly bring the voltage up as you can see the power cord is in decent shape. It is connected, although the outer installation is frayed and suggest that you should replace the cord for aesthetic purposes, this unit is tested and it does work perfectly. I have no use for it.
