    Description

    Superior Electric Powerstat 116 Variable Autotransformer 1.3A 0-260v (SEE NOTES).
    It powers on and off and the adjustment knob works but on a voltmeter I'm seeing a little less than half of what the transformer numbers say.
    At 250 on the transformer I'm seeing 120 on the voltmeter which is the maximum.
    At 180 on the transformer I'm seeing 80 on the voltmeter.
    At 100 I'm seeing 45.
